Design tokens from JSON to CSS

All visual decisions live in config/design-tokens/*.tokens.json. A small script turns them into CSS variables, one set for light and one for dark mode.

Templates only use semantic names such as --bg-primary or --text-secondary. A rebrand means editing JSON, not hunting through templates.
